Hannah | Class of 2012

This is gorgeous Hannah. She knew when planning her senior photo session she wanted to include her impressive action figure set. As well as an amazing, hand made quilt, especially made for HER. Made from old t-shirts she's collected over the years, it was an impressive piece of artwork!

I must say, I just loved her enthusiasm and love for her collection of action figures, comics, her newly made quilt and her amazing artwork. It's amazing to find passion in the things that make us happy, content, and ALIVE. :) And sometimes those things are action figures! :) Love it!

We had a blast capturing this gorgeous gal! And had so much fun with her gorgeous momma too! Thank you beautiful ladies for going along with the madness and having some fun. We are so thankful that we could share in such a special moment! Congrats to you beautiful Hannah!

Sweet 17

My niece Morgan just went to her first, semi-formal. She'll be 18 this year, but honestly, it's hard to believe she's 17 - let alone going to her first dance.

She'll actually be a senior next year, heading off to college thereafter, and I must admit, it makes me a little teary eye'd just thinking about it.

I was privileged to be able to do her makeup for her very first dance and I was so happy I could be a part of it all.

I realize time flies by so quickly these days - and while she is growing up so fast, and becoming such a beautiful young lady, it's amazing to see the GORGEOUS girl she already is, inside and out. Oh so sweet and 17. Love you sweet Morgan. :)

The Kovach Family | Mishawaka, IN

The Kovach's are dear friends and I must say, they're incredibly adorable and so much fun to be around.

We ventured out in the frigid temperatures a few weeks ago, to snap a few family photos and what troopers! They make cold look good! ;)

Their little one Orion is a little charmer and their oldest Jaxon is such a little gentleman - and Matt and Michelle - they are oh so sweet in so many ways.

Had a blast spending some time with them!

Engagement Session | Ali and Adam | Notre Dame, Indiana

Love is such a special thing. It's quite remarkable how it can change us for the better - most often love gives us the opportunity to believe in something outside of ourselves.

When I first met Alison, it was through an email. She contacted me a few months ago about her upcoming wedding to her sweetheart Adam. I could instantly tell that she was so in love. Funny how love can do that - even through an email conversation you just KNOW when love, is LOVE.

I wanted to meet this happy couple, so we decided to take a few engagement photos at Notre Dame. We met by the Grotto - it was one of the locations that Alison really wanted to snap a few photos. It was a place that meant a lot to her.

When we met, I could instantly see the love these two had for each other. While they were a little nervous at first - we made the most of our time - and they had some fun together too!

The happy pair is getting married in October - it shall be a special day indeed.
